No Show / No Call Policy

In an effort to provide effective and efficient treatment to all of our patients, it is the policy of Elite Life Chiropractic that all appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If an appointment is not cancelled within this time frame, or if a patient fails to show up for an appointment, Elite Life Chiropractic reserves the right to charge a $40 fee per occurrence. This fee is not billable to any insurance company, and the patient accepts full responsibility for payment.
